The Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Innovation Center (AMMIC)

The Global Training Center for Composites, Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Processes, located at Edmonds Community College, offers the most comprehensive workforce training programs available for the aerospace industry and manufacturers looking to advance their skills in the areas of composites, advanced materials and manufacturing processes. 

AMMIC is connected with Edmonds Community College s three Centers of excellence that include:

• MatEd- A national science Foundation national resource Center for Materials Education.
  
  
• AMTAS Edmonds Community College is a member of the Federal Aviation Administration Center of Excellence for Advanced Material for Transport and Aircraft structures. 
  
  
• Materials and Process Development Center A Washington state Community and Technical College Center of Excellence.
