Global Training - Developing Cultural Competence 

Global teams are becoming today’s norm rather than the exception and today’s professionals are being challenged as never before to interact with business partners/colleagues worldwide, perform effectively within a globally integrated framework, and deliver products and services across diverse cultural settings. Collaboration in today’s network centric world requires sophisticated and easily accessible tools for both data and interpersonal collaboration. 

To support the rapidly evolving business environment, Edmonds Community College and Everett Community College are partnering with leading educators and learning solution providers to design a Global Mindset Learning Solutions tool suite to enhance cultural competence, a key component of delivering business results by today’s global professional.  

This tool suite will be based on a comprehensive learning architecture, offering an integrated array of structured learning programs including the following: 

• Cultural Dimension Assessment Tools 
• On-line Learning Products 
• Focused Workshops & Seminars 
• Just-In-Time Coaching
